Well if any of you are trying to get a hold of me, umm well It may not be possible due to the fact that my cell phone is drying out. So I am out of touch with the world at large at the moment.
So I was working at Camp with the blue bandanas this morning. Those are the healthy children who don't need extra help. So anyway we were playing baseball.. a young boy hit a home run into the swimming pool. I went out after it, and ended up having to go into the pool area. I had to get the pool net to fish the plastic baseball out of the pool. In the process of doing this I misjudged the edge of the pool, because there was ledge. Next thing I knew I feel into the pool, fully clothed I might add. This also including my camera, cell phone in my pocket, Sd cards and extra camera batteries. Fortunately I had laid my fanny pack on the nearby picnic table.
My friend got a picture of me pouring the WATER OUT OF MY SHOES, CAMERA, HAT ETC... WILL POST LATER
Adriana
They are all drying out after having all the water dumped out. We have them in a bag with rice, which is supposed to help absorb any moisture out of them , like crystals will do.

Funny moments with a children who see things differently
We walked down the sidewalk on Sunday . There was a car parked partially in the way, it blocked both the side walk and the driveway. Stephen began complaining about it, as it would force them to have to walk two feet out of their way around it .
David paused and asked him " Stephen what do you think you should do?"
He replied. " I think we should go up to their door and ask them to move it over."
We started laughing.. I am thinking that will take even longer for them to do that , than it would for us to walk around the car."my aren't we feeling entitled today".
Later I went into Matthew's bedroom and discovered this POSTED NOTE. I hope you can read it... see photo "another entitled moment"
then later
Molly was complaining severely about Matthew bugging her.
I asked "well what happened"
She announced: " Well I TOLD him to stop bugging me:"
I relied: "Well you "told" him?"
Molly:With a deer in the headlights look, (giving me a look like Mom, you're such an idiot)
Molly: "I said, "what makes you think that that he even knows what he was doing, that bugged you? Did you ask him to stop doing x and so?"
Molly;" No I told him to stop, Mom I told him several times, and he didn't listen to me"
Mom: " I see, and so you thought that he'd get it? Why didn't you ask him to stop, just once?"
Molly: :"He wasn't listening to me"
Mom": "Really so you assumed if you told him like a royal princess, to stop, he' do it?
What should you have done, instead?"
Molly: " Ask him nicely once, and if he didn't stop doing x, that I should come and get you "
Mom: "Good thinking. I hope next time you can be strong enough to do that."
" Why didn't you just do that before?"
Molly:" I don't know."
Well, yes I think, she does know.
However when we go to fear, we wants to control everyone around us. It makes us feel powerful or safe when we can boss everyone else around...

BEACH TIME FOR MOM
I landed last night at 11 pm Florida time and we got home abt 1 am. This morning they told me as a mother's day present they arranged for me to receive a massage. When Lynn told me last night this was an early birthday and mother's day present for me, I thought "oh I am fine" however by the time I went to bed my shoulder was hurting. So it sounded like a good idea. I enjoyed the massage and it helped a lot. I showered, we ate lunch and are now headed to the beach the air is cool and balmy with a slight tropical scent.

Sad event but some inspirational thoughts
I went to a friend's funeral Marion Bennion. It was held here in Provo as well as California.
I knew this girl, when she was quiet a bit younger, .
Her dad was my first Bishop,David Bennion my Laurel teacher Connie Bennion.
Her dad was my first Bishop,David Bennion my Laurel teacher Connie Bennion.
It was her darling son of 19,that passed away. He was hit by a train in Palo Alto California
. They suspect it was a suicide.
. They suspect it was a suicide.
The poor boy suffered from schizophrenia.
That hit close to home for u, as we have dealt with kids struggling with inherited mental effective disorders.
In any event I liked their quotes around their family picture. It was an inspirational service.
"Every crisis faced together makes the circle stronger."
"Our family is a circle of strength and love"
"With every birth (adoption) and every union the circle grows."
"Every joy shared adds more love."
