We were supposed to get a blizzard last wed. Instead we only got dusted. So today we woke up to this!

Sam's birthday present

We call her Angel. She kept running away from home and  showing up at our house on Sundays. Sam asked for a dog like her. When I called the neighbors to find out where they got her from, they offered to give her to us. Sam got his wish!

Stephen's birthday present.

We rented him a bass to play in the school orchestra. So now every morning he plays/practices the bass, cello, and piano. This kid exudes musical talent. He wanted to rent one for his birthday, so he could play in the school orchestra this summer. He has been up practicing every day both his cello, bass. Then he plays the piano in the afternoon. Funny kid He BEGS me if he can practice???

Wonderful inspirational poem

Ran into a man at the temple one day who could quote the most amazing poetry. He has awakened from 22 days of being in a coma to discover he had hundreds of poems in his head. So he just began writing them down.Much  like Mozart did with Music. Wish I could have read more of them.

Hope and marriage

After five years of raising her daughter alone, my good friend Kimberly remarried.
 She found a good man. Wonderful wedding and lovely dinner and reception.
Postnote: Too bad it didn't last long. He just could not bond with Carly, her daughter.

First Asian grandchild

My friend Trudy's first grandchild. Her children were adopted from Taiwan.  So this is her first grandchild. She is half Tongan and Ami Tribe (the Indigenous people from Taiwan.) . Isn't she cute!  It makes me look forward, to when my younger four children  get married and have children.

Matthew wants to play guitar now

This is a picture of Matthew, though I am talking about Stephen below.

Stephen wants to play the BASS in the school orchestra. Cello at home and now wants to add piano and saxophone to his repertoire. He is teaching himself piano. He just announced the other day he wants to learn all the instruments in the world! Maybe he will become an Orchestra conductor.

I am promising myself go back to school, to get my expressive arts therapy masters degree. .\
Well as a post note: My life didn't go down that path. However I have been learning all kinds of new things.
